Job Qualifications
- previous barista and bartending experience
- corporate, hotel, or upscale experience preferred
- strong understanding of espresso preparation, milk texturing, and coffee service standards
- knowledge of cocktail techniques, spirits, wine, and beer
- excellent communication skills with a guest-first mindset
- ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced yet professional environment

Job Duties
- prepare and serve espresso beverages, coffee, cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks with accuracy and consistency
- deliver warm, attentive, and engaging service to corporate tenants and guests throughout the day
- maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked café and bar environment
- follow all safety, sanitation, and Illinois liquor compliance standards
- assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking and light cleaning
- support overall café operations, including light food service and collaboration with teammates
- assist with execution of larger events and activations across accounts as needed
- uphold the professionalism and service standards of the space at all times
- communicate proactively with the General Manager regarding inventory needs and reorders
- assist with monthly inventory counts and organization as needed
