Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Willingness to adhere to Hilton’s standards and policies
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role preferred
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and food handling
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated commitment to Hilton’s core values of hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency
Job Duties
- Greet guests and respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Brew, sell, promote and prepare beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Prepare in house snacks and sandwiches as needed
- Take guest beverage orders and accurately input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
- Maintain cleanliness of work area/outlet
- Accurately total, process and collect payments from guests using point-of-sale system, handling money, and processing credit and debit cards
- Requisition, stock and rotate products
- Secure and store all beverages, food and other equipment items
- Deposit cash drops, secure and balance bank and sign out/in keys
