Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous food and beverage or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Detail oriented and able to maintain cleanliness
- Ability to handle money accurately
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility with shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or food and beverage role preferred
- Ability to use point-of-sale systems effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests and respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Brew, sell, promote and prepare beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Take guest beverage orders and accurately input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
- Maintain cleanliness of work area/outlet
- Accurately total, process and collect payments from guests including using point-of-sale system, handling money, processing credit and debit cards, making change, and processing gift certificates and cards
- Requisition, stock and rotate products
- Secure and store all beverages, food and other equipment items
- Deposit cash drops, secure and balance bank and sign out/in keys
