Job Duties
- Greet and establish rapport with guests, proactively engaging them in conversations about their stay
- Deliver best-in-class service to our guests with engagement and thoughtfulness
- Prepare and serve beverages such as drip coffee, espresso-based drinks, tea, and other specialty drinks
- Prepare and serve food items such as sandwiches and pastries
- Answer guests' questions about menu choices
- Generate checks through PMS and receive payments efficiently for each guest
- Maintain daily organization of the restaurant, ensuring all condiments and supplies are replenished
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages
- Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of all restaurant and service workstations
- May be assigned to other duties as required by Supervisor or Manager(s).
