Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to handle cash and use a point of sale system
- capacity to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 30 pounds

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by practicing GUEST standards including greet, understand, educate, suggest, and thank
- take guest orders and process payments using the point of sale system
- prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, and smoothies
- prepare food items including sandwiches, pastries, and salads
- ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work area, equipment, and utensils
- follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
- maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed
- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
