Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by practicing GUEST standards (greet, understand, educate, suggest, and thank)
- take guest orders and process payments using the point of sale (POS)
- prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, and smoothies
- prepare food items such as sandwiches, pastries, and salads
- ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work area, equipment, and utensils
- follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
- maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed
- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
