Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or barista role
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Basic knowledge of espresso machines and coffee preparation

Job Duties
- Greeting every guest with a warm welcome and providing them with a genuine connection
- Coordinating and assisting other team members to meet all guest's needs and support the bakery operations
- Crafting espresso beverages
- Providing exceptional knowledge on all Best Buns items
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the café area
- Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
