- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of espresso and specialty beverages is a plus
Job Duties
- Greeting every guest with a warm welcome and providing them with a genuine connection
- Coordinating and assisting other team members to meet all guests' needs and support the bakery operations
- Crafting espresso beverages and providing exceptional knowledge on all Best Buns items
