Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- willingness to comply with health and safety regulations
- team player mindset
- prior experience in a similar role preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines is a plus
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- reliable and punctual
Job Duties
- Greeting every guest with a warm welcome and providing them with a genuine connection
- coordinating and assisting other team members to meet all guest's needs and support the bakery operations
- crafting espresso beverages and providing exceptional knowledge on all Best Buns items
- maintaining cleanliness and organization of the counter and service areas
- handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- restocking and managing inventory of supplies
- adhering to health and safety standards
