Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- basic proficiency with point of sale systems
- capability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- effective communication skills
- ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- willingness to work in a noisy, crowded environment
- must be reliable and punctual

- previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for handling payments
- familiarity with coffee preparation and espresso machines preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods

- ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Duties
- Accurately take and confirm guest food and beverage orders including special instructions and restrictions
- prepare and serve coffee, espresso, other beverages including component ingredients and serve to guests
- process payments and balance all sales and receipts in compliance with restaurant policies and procedures including reconciling and maintaining the security of the cash drawer
- accurately, promptly, efficiently and safely assemble and transport food and beverage orders to indoor and outdoor guests including guests in vehicles in locations offering drive-thru service
- sell and accurately account for gift cards
- available to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends
- safely and effectively move chairs, tables, highchairs and booster seats
