Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- Ability to move and lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Availability to work various shifts including weekends
- Ability to safely handle knives and operate coffee machines and grinders
- Ability to work in confined spaces with variable noise and temperature levels
- Compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate in written and spoken English
- Demonstrated skill in multitasking and working under pressure
- Basic familiarity with coffee making and espresso machines is beneficial
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Accurately take and confirm guest food and beverage orders including special instructions and restrictions
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, other beverages including component ingredients and serve to guests
- Process payments and balance all sales/receipts in compliance with restaurant policies and procedures including reconciling and maintaining the security of the cash drawer
- Accurately, promptly, efficiently and safely assemble and transport food and beverage orders to indoor and outdoor guests including guests in vehicles in locations offering drive-thru service
- Sell and accurately account for gift cards
- Available to work a variety of hours, days and shifts including weekends
- Safely and effectively move chairs, tables, highchairs and booster seats
