Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in food service or customer service preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work various shifts including weekends
  • Must comply with all safety and sanitation protocols
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors including drive-thru stations
  • Must be able to follow instructions and work well within a team

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a busy environment
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments
  • Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems is a plus
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Capacity to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Accurately take and confirm guest food and beverage orders including special instructions and/or restrictions
  • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, other beverages including component ingredients and serve to guests
  • Process payments and balance all sales/receipts in compliance with restaurant policies and procedures, including reconciling and maintaining the security of the cash drawer
  • Accurately, promptly, efficiently and safely assemble and transport food and beverage orders to indoor and outdoor guests including guests in vehicles in locations offering drive-thru service
  • Sell and accurately account for gift cards
  • Available to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends
  • Safely and effectively move chairs, tables, highchairs and booster seats
  • Safely and effectively use and operate all necessary tools and equipment, including knives, coffee makers, grinders and a cappuccino/espresso machine
