Job Qualifications

  • 16 years of age or older
  • Legally permitted to work in the United States
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

  • Ability to work in hot and cool environments
  • Self-accountable in upholding high standards
  • Able to work in a fast-paced setting for up to 8 hours daily or as needed
  • Willingness to learn and develop

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve matcha and cold brew beverages according to brand standards
  • Operate the POS, take guest orders accurately, and handle cash and credit transactions
  • Provide excellent guest service by greeting guests, answering menu questions, and resolving issues promptly
  • Support expo by organizing orders, calling tickets, and ensuring accuracy before handoff
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked counter, beverage station, and expo area
  • Restock cups, lids, matcha, cold brew, milk, syrups, and other supplies as needed
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation standards
