Job Qualifications
- 16 years of age or older
- Legally permitted to work in the United States
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Team player with a positive attitude and a sense of urgency
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work in hot and cool environments
- Self-accountable in upholding high standards
- Able to work in a fast-paced setting for up to 8 hours daily or as needed
- Willingness to learn and develop
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve matcha and cold brew beverages according to brand standards
- Operate the POS, take guest orders accurately, and handle cash and credit transactions
- Provide excellent guest service by greeting guests, answering menu questions, and resolving issues promptly
- Support expo by organizing orders, calling tickets, and ensuring accuracy before handoff
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked counter, beverage station, and expo area
- Restock cups, lids, matcha, cold brew, milk, syrups, and other supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation standards
