Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Standing and/or walking for 50 percent of time
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Ability to perform all essential duties as assigned
- Availability to work scheduled hours from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday
- Compliance with uniform dress code and personal hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- Ability to perform essential functions satisfactorily
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic cash handling experience
- Knowledge of coffee preparation preferred but not required
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to maintain cleanliness and adhere to sanitary standards
Job Duties
- Brew Barista coffee along with flavor of the day coffee
- Make specialty drinks to order, following all Parkhurst recipes
- Price and stock all grab and go items
- Adhere to all cash handling procedures
- Stock coffee bean bins and keep them full at all times
- Interact with our guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Merchandise area using Barista signage and other approved materials
- Follow cleaning schedule as provided by management, using clean as you go techniques
- Maintain an open line of communication with management, informing them of products and supplies needed
- Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene
- Follow all Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards
- Use Smile Plus hospitality imperatives
- Assist fellow team members at every opportunity
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management
