Job Requirements
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand and/or walk 50% of the time
- Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
- Frequently lift up to 10 lbs
- Adherence to cash handling procedures
- Compliance with dress code and personal hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- Ability to perform each essential function satisfactorily
- Experience in a food service or hospitality environment preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
Job Duties
- Brew Barista coffee along with flavor of the day coffee
- Make specialty drinks to order following Parkhurst recipes
- Price and stock all grab and go items
- Adhere to all cash handling procedures
- Stock coffee bean bins and keep them full at all times
- Interact with guests in a friendly professional manner
- Merchandise area using Barista signage and approved materials
- Follow cleaning schedule using clean as you go techniques
- Maintain communication with management regarding products and supplies
- Follow uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene
- Follow all Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards using Smile Plus hospitality imperatives
- Assist fellow team members at every opportunity
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
