Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand and/or walk for 50 percent of the time
- ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally and up to 10 lbs frequently
- ability to perform essential duties under strict sanitary conditions
- adherence to cash handling procedures
- willingness to work flexible hours
- ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members

- previous experience in a foodservice or beverage preparation role preferred but not required
Job Duties
- brew Barista coffee along with flavor of the day coffee
- make specialty drinks to order following all Parkhurst recipes
- price and stock all grab and go items
- adhere to all cash handling procedures
- stock coffee bean bins and keep them full at all times
- interact with guests in a friendly professional manner
- merchandise area using Barista signage and other approved materials
- follow cleaning schedule as provided by management using clean as you go techniques
- maintain open communication with management informing them of products and supplies needed
- follow uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene
- follow all Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards and use Smile Plus hospitality imperatives
- assist fellow team members at every opportunity
- perform any other duties as assigned by management
