Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous barista or foodservice experience helpful but not required
- Ability to stand and walk 50 percent of the time
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Ability to follow cash handling and sanitation procedures
- Must maintain uniform dress code and personal hygiene
- Ability to communicate clearly with management and team members

Job Duties
- Brew Barista coffee along with flavor of the day coffee
- Make specialty drinks to order following all Parkhurst recipes
- Price and stock all grab and go items
- Adhere to all cash handling procedures
- Stock coffee bean bins and keep them full at all times
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Merchandise area using Barista signage and other approved materials
- Follow cleaning schedule using clean as you go techniques
- Maintain communication with management regarding product and supply needs
- Follow uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene
- Follow all Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards and Smile Plus hospitality imperatives
- Assist fellow team members at every opportunity
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
