Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
- Ability to stand or walk for up to 50% of the time
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to frequently lift up to 10 lbs
- Ability to follow sanitation and safety standards
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Brew Barista coffee along with flavor of the day coffee
- Make specialty drinks to order following all Parkhurst recipes
- Price and stock all grab and go items
- Adhere to all cash handling procedures
- Stock coffee bean bins and keep them full at all times
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Merchandise area using Barista signage and other approved materials
- Follow cleaning schedule and use clean as you go techniques
- Maintain communication with management about products and supplies needed
- Follow uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene
- Follow all Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards and Smile Plus hospitality imperatives
- Assist fellow team members at every opportunity
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
