Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- standing and/or walking for 50 percent of the time
- ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
- ability to frequently lift up to 10 lbs
- willingness to adhere to uniform dress code and personal hygiene standards
- ability to follow cash handling procedures
- commitment to maintaining sanitary conditions
- ability to communicate effectively with management and team members

Job Duties
- Brew barista coffee along with flavor of the day coffee
- make specialty drinks to order following all Parkhurst recipes
- price and stock all grab and go items
- adhere to all cash handling procedures
- stock coffee bean bins and keep them full at all times
- interact with guests in a friendly professional manner
- merchandise area using barista signage and other approved materials
- follow cleaning schedule using clean as you go techniques
- maintain communication with management about products and supplies needed
- follow uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene
- follow all Parkhurst hospitality gold standards and use Smile Plus hospitality imperatives
- assist fellow team members at every opportunity
- perform any other duties as assigned by management
