Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous barista or cafe experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a barista or in a cafe environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- High energy and motivation
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and espresso beverages to customer specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and work area
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers to enhance their experience
- Operate coffee equipment and manage inventory levels
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist in opening and closing duties of the cafe
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth cafe operations
