Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk for 50% of the time
- Capability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
- Capability to frequently lift up to 10 lbs
- Flexibility to work Monday through Friday within given schedule
- Ability to follow cash handling procedures
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to adhere to company dress code and hygiene standards

Job Duties
- Brew Barista coffee along with flavor of the day coffee
- Make specialty drinks to order, following all Parkhurst recipes
- Price and stock all grab and go items
- Adhere to all cash handling procedures
- Stock coffee bean bins and keep them full at all times
- Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Merchandise area using Barista signage and other approved materials
- Follow cleaning schedule, using clean as you go techniques
- Maintain open communication with management regarding products and supplies
- Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene
- Follow all Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards
- Assist fellow team members at every opportunity
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management
