Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in foodservice or customer service preferred
- Standing and/or walking for up to 50 percent of the time
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to frequently lift up to 10 pounds
- Adherence to uniform dress code and personal hygiene standards
- Availability to work full-time or part-time Monday through Friday shifts
- Compliance with all Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards and cash handling procedures

Job Duties
- Brew Barista coffee along with flavor of the day coffee
- Make specialty drinks to order, following all Parkhurst recipes
- Price and stock all grab and go items
- Adhere to all cash handling procedures
- Stock coffee bean bins and keep them full at all times
- Interact with our guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Merchandise area using Barista signage and other approved materials
- Follow cleaning schedule as provided by management, using clean as you go techniques
- Maintain an open line of communication with management, informing them of products and supplies needed
- Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene
- Follow all Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards
- Uses Smile Plus hospitality imperatives
- Assist fellow team members at every opportunity
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management
