Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a foodservice or hospitality role preferred
- Ability to work Monday through Friday with flexible shifts
- Dependable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Good personal hygiene
- Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures
- Must be able to stand and walk up to 50% of the time
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Must be able to perform under hygienic standards
Job Qualifications

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic cash handling skills
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow recipes accurately

Job Duties
- Brew Barista coffee along with flavor of the day coffee
- Make specialty drinks to order following all Parkhurst recipes
- Price and stock all grab and go items
- Adhere to all cash handling procedures
- Stock coffee bean bins and keep them full at all times
- Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Merchandise area using Barista signage and approved materials
- Follow cleaning schedule using clean as you go techniques
- Maintain open communication with management regarding products and supplies
- Follow uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene
- Follow all Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards and Smile Plus hospitality imperatives
- Assist fellow team members at every opportunity
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
