Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service or barista role preferred
- ability to stand and walk 50 percent of the time
- ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally and up to 10 lbs frequently
- availability to work evenings and weekends
- adherence to cash handling procedures
- compliance with uniform and hygiene standards

Job Duties
- Brew barista coffee and flavor of the day coffee
- make specialty drinks to order following Parkhurst recipes
- price and stock all grab and go items
- adhere to all cash handling procedures
- stock coffee bean bins and keep them full
- interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- merchandise area using barista signage and other approved materials
- follow cleaning schedule using clean as you go techniques
- maintain open communication with management about product and supply needs
- follow uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene
- follow Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards and Smile Plus hospitality imperatives
- assist fellow team members
- perform other duties as assigned by management
