Job Requirements
- Part time availability Tuesday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Ability to stand and walk up to 50 percent of the time
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to frequently lift up to 10 lbs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Commitment to follow Parkhurst standards and procedures
- Willingness to work within a team and assist others
- Compliance with uniform and hygiene policies

Job Duties
- Brew Barista coffee along with flavor of the day coffee
- Make specialty drinks to order following all Parkhurst recipes
- Price and stock all grab and go items
- Adhere to all cash handling procedures
- Stock coffee bean bins and keep them full at all times
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Merchandise area using Barista signage and other approved materials
- Follow cleaning schedule using clean as you go techniques
- Maintain open communication with management about products and supplies needed
- Follow uniform dress code and maintain personal hygiene
- Follow all Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards using Smile Plus hospitality imperatives
- Assist fellow team members at every opportunity
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
