- previous experience in a barista or cafe lead role
- availability to work morning and weekend shifts

Job Duties
- Manage and motivate team members including teaching and holding them accountable
- greet guests and solicit beverage and food orders
- prepare beverages and food items for sale
- operate the POS system accurately according to department guidelines
- maintain in-depth knowledge of food and beverage items including recipes and nutritional information
- clean and organize the bar area and ensure equipment is in good repair
- market and promote special and new items
- stock the espresso and smoothie bar with necessary items including cups, ice, napkins, straws, and syrups
- provide excellent customer service and support team members
- demonstrate integrity, honesty, and promote the mission of the Bellevue Club
- ensure the area is well stocked and cleaned for the next morning as closing staff
- call the MOD to sign off on the cash drawer count out
- communicate with Market Manager and Supervisor about evening operations or events
