Job Duties
- Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso drinks, tea, and smoothies
- Follow instructions for preparing drinks to standard recipes and customer preferences
- Receive payments and process transactions using a cash register
- Keep work areas clean and sanitized according to health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a friendly and professional manner
