Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food service or baking preferred
- Ability to work early mornings and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to work holidays and flexible shifts
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a barista or in a customer-facing food service role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable waking up early and working weekends
- Familiarity with baking or food prep is a plus
- Comfortable with handling cash/card transactions and operating a register
- Physical stamina and dexterity to work in demanding environments
Job Duties
- Bake high-quality breads and pastries to Fresh Baguette standards
- Prepare doughs and ingredients for the following day
- Maintain a clean, organized baking area, including fridges and freezers
- Receive and store deliveries as needed
- Serve customers with enthusiasm and warmth
- Prepare and serve coffee, sandwiches, salads, and pastries
- Operate the register with accuracy and confidence
