Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as policy and procedure manuals
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Ability to apply common sense reasoning
  • Ability to stand and walk frequently
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
  • Possession of a Level 4 Gaming License

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret policy, procedure and maintenance documents
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries from employees or guests
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, fractions and decimals
  • Ability to apply common sense reasoning to a variety of situations
  • Possession of a Level 4 Gaming License

Job Duties

  • Delivers prompt, efficient and courteous service of food and beverages to venue guests in accordance with venue standards
  • Maintains professional grooming and appearance
  • Answers guest questions and refers them to appropriate management personnel if necessary
  • Maintains cleanliness and stocks supplies at side stations
  • Takes and fills all food and drink orders, assists in maintaining guests' dining areas in a clean and neat manner
  • Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and CARE guidelines
  • Prepares hot and cold specialty coffee drinks and blended beverages
  • Brews coffee, iced tea, and cold coffee according to brand standards
  • Heats, packages and serves pastries and sandwiches
  • Dispenses gelato
  • Ensures recipe and portion knowledge and retention
  • Consistently executes food and beverage preparation
  • Receives payment from guests promptly and courteously
  • Adheres to cash control policies and procedures
  • Works in a clean, sanitary, safe and organized manner abiding by health and safety regulations
  • Assists other restaurant personnel with maintenance, side work, opening and closing duties as necessary
  • Utilizes point-of-sale system, quotes accurate pricing, gives correct change, and accounts for all sales according to procedures
