Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Possession of a Level 4 Gaming License
- Ability to read and interpret policy and procedure manuals
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations
- Physical ability to stand, walk and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must maintain professional grooming and appearance
- Ability to work in noisy and smoky environment
Job Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret policy and procedure documents
- Ability to respond to common inquiries from employees or guests
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Overall reasoning ability to apply common sense
- Possession of a Level 4 Gaming License
Job Duties
- Delivers prompt, efficient and courteous service of food and beverages to guests
- Maintains professional grooming and appearance
- Answers guest questions and refers them to management when necessary
- Maintains cleanliness of side stations and stocks supplies
- Takes and fills food and drink orders, assists in maintaining guests dining areas
- Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guidelines
- Prepares specialty coffee drinks and brews hot and cold coffee and tea
- Heats, packages and serves pastries and sandwiches
- Dispenses gelato
- Demonstrates knowledge of recipes and portion control
- Ensures consistent execution in food and beverage preparation
- Receives payments and follows cash control policies
- Works in a clean, sanitary and safe manner abiding by health regulations
- Assists other restaurant personnel with side work and opening/closing duties
- Utilizes point-of-sale system accurately
