Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Possession of a Level 4 Gaming License
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret policy and procedure manuals
- Ability to perform basic mathematical operations
- Ability to apply common sense reasoning
- Ability to stand and walk frequently
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Willingness to work in a noisy and smoky environment
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred

Job Duties
- Delivers prompt, efficient and courteous service of food and beverages to venue guests in accordance with venue standards
- Maintains professional grooming and appearance
- Answers any guest questions and refers them to appropriate management personnel
- Maintains cleanliness of all side stations and stocks paper supplies
- Takes and fills all food and drink orders and assists in maintaining guests dining area in a clean and neat manner
- Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and CARE guidelines
- Prepares hot & cold specialty coffee drinks and blended beverages
- Brews hot coffee, iced tea & cold coffee according to brand standards
- Heats, packages and serves pastries and sandwiches
- Dispenses gelato
- Retains recipe and portion knowledge
- Consistently executes food and beverage preparation
- Receives payment from guests promptly and courteously
- Adheres to established cash control policies and procedures
- Works and prepares food in a clean, sanitary, safe, and organized manner
- Assists other restaurant personnel with maintenance, side work, opening and closing duties
- Utilizes point-of-sale system accurately and handles cash, charge, and complimentary sales appropriately
