Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- Level 4 Gaming License
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents and respond to inquiries
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Physical ability to stand and walk frequently and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work in a noisy and smoky casino environment
- Professional grooming and appearance
- Ability to handle cash and use point-of-sale systems accurately

Job Duties
- Delivers prompt and efficient food and beverage service to guests according to venue standards
- Maintains professional grooming and appearance
- Answers guest questions and refers them to management if necessary
- Maintains cleanliness and stock of all side stations
- Takes and fills food and drink orders, assists in keeping guest dining area clean
- Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and guidelines
- Prepares hot and cold specialty coffee drinks and blended beverages
- Brews hot coffee, iced tea and cold coffee according to brand standards
- Heats, packages, and serves pastries and sandwiches
- Dispenses gelato
- Retains recipe and portion knowledge
- Consistently executes food and beverage preparation
- Receives payment from guests promptly and courteously
- Adheres to cash control policies
- Works in a clean, sanitary, safe, and organized manner abiding by health and safety regulations
- Assists other restaurant personnel with side work and opening/closing duties
- Utilizes point-of-sale system accurately accounting for all sales
