Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience is beneficial
- familiarity with point of sale systems is a plus
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation preferred
- ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes

Job Duties
- Converse with customers to confirm their drink orders
- correctly key in orders into the point of sale system
- collect payments and count back change accurately
- prepare all drinks and premixes efficiently
- maintain urgency by working on the customer's time
- stay productive and proactive throughout the shift, even during slow periods
- create personal connections with customers through genuine interactions and positive body language
- know the menu and drink offerings in detail
- assist customers in identifying and ordering their desired drinks, offering recommendations when appropriate
- dress appropriately for the assigned position
- be familiar with shift change duties, checklists, and weekly chores to stay on task
- clock in and be ready to work at the assigned position when the shift begins
- treat teammates and customers with respect and kindness
- follow standards and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- stand on feet for at least 5 hours during shifts
