With six locations already serving the community, Barriques is expanding with a seventh location in a unique kiosk space within the UW Hospital. Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to work Monday through Friday mornings and early afternoons
- Availability for training at other Barriques locations including evenings and weekends
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Dependability and punctuality
- No prior criminal record
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in coffee preparation or food service preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Professional demeanor and reliability
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Deliver top notch service to every customer
- Prepare quality coffee and espresso drinks to Barriques standards
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety protocols
- Work harmoniously with team members to ensure every shift runs smoothly
- Engage professionally with customers to promote a positive experience
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Follow company policies and health regulations consistently
