Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent education/experience
  • three to six months in a food and beverage services environment or establishment
  • able to mix drinks correctly
  • provide exceptional service to all guests
  • able to multitask and handle equipment especially in a modern technology bar
  • manual coordination to punch buttons, grasp items, balance and carry trays
  • able to read, speak, and understand English

Job Qualifications

  • High school education or equivalent education/experience

  • hotel experience preferred
  • able to mix drinks correctly
  • provide exceptional service to all guests
  • able to multitask and handle equipment especially in a modern technology bar
  • manual coordination to punch buttons, grasp items, balance and carry trays
  • able to read, speak, and understand English
  • communicate information and hotel services to management, staff, and guests

Job Duties

  • Make and serve drinks to guests following established guidelines, procedures, and policies
  • perform guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient, and professional manner
  • ring guest checks and process payments including cash, credit, and room charges
  • complete requisitions and supply lists
  • ensure established pars are maintained
  • perform all side work duties
  • other duties as assigned
