Job Requirements

- Ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties
- Skillfully prepare specialty coffee, tea, and liquor beverages to Ascension standards
- Deliver exceptional hospitality, ensuring the highest level of guest service
- Maintain and troubleshoot coffee equipment, resolving basic issues
- Continuously expand knowledge in specialty coffee, tea, alcohol, and hospitality
- Receive and apply feedback effectively, demonstrating adaptability
- Build strong interpersonal connections with team members of all skill levels
- Communicate clearly and effectively to inspire and align teams
- Foster an inclusive, high-quality café culture through thoughtful interactions
