Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach and perform repetitive motions for the entire length of shift
- Ability to remain stationary during shift
- Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Prior experience in customer service or barista role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Greet guests and suggest items using suggestive selling techniques
- Serve food and beverage items in correct proportions, following all health, safety, and proper sanitation guidelines
- Assist in opening or closing of the location including performing clean up duties
- Record all transactions via the point of sale system
- Collect the proper money for food and beverage items
- process credit cards or determine correct change for guests
- Account for all transactions
- maintain accurate cash count and balance banks at end of shift
