Job Duties
- Providing personalized service to all guests
- wiping up spills and maintaining cleanliness of all appliances and counter space
- removing trash
- greeting and welcoming customers
- resolving customer complaints or addressing them to the restaurant manager
- tabulating data regarding bills, total amounts, and expenses in cash registers or computers
- informing customers about available payment methods
- stocking shelves and monitoring inventory
- handling money, currencies, and coins accurately
- maintaining records of transactions on computers
- dealing politely with customers
- being dressed neatly
- working varied hours and weekends
