Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of barista or coffee shop experience preferred
- Knowledge of espresso machines and coffee brewing techniques
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Basic computer and POS system proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong verbal communication and ability to read and write clearly

Job Duties
- Provide warm, personalized service to every guest
- Greet and engage guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Create a welcoming café atmosphere that reflects the hotel’s luxury standards
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism or escalate to management when needed
- Prepare coffee, espresso beverages, and specialty drinks with precision and consistency
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment confidently and safely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of counters, workstations, equipment, and surrounding guest areas
