Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a food and beverage or hospitality role preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
- flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- strong customer service orientation
- reliable and punctual
- willingness to comply with Hilton’s standards and policies

Job Duties
- Greet guests and respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- brew, sell, promote and prepare beverages according to established recipes and standards
- take guest beverage orders and accurately input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
- maintain cleanliness of work area/outlet
- take guest to go/delivery orders and accurately input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
- accurately total, process and collect payments from guests including using point-of-sale system and processing credit and debit cards
- requisition, stock and rotate products
- secure and store all beverages, food and other equipment items
