Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including mornings and evenings
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- team-oriented mindset

Job Duties
- greet guests and respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- brew, sell, promote and prepare beverages according to established recipes and standards
- take guest beverage orders and accurately input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
- maintain cleanliness of work area/outlet
- take guest to go/delivery orders and accurately input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
- accurately total, process and collect payments from guests to include, but not limited to, using the point-of-sale system, processing credit and debit cards
- requisition, stock and rotate products
- secure and store all beverages, food and other equipment items
