Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings and evenings
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering excellent guest service
- Knowledge of basic food and beverage safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties
- Greet guests and respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Brew, sell, promote and prepare beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Take guest beverage orders and accurately input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and outlet
- Take guest to-go and delivery orders and accurately input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
- Accurately total, process and collect payments from guests including using the point-of-sale system and processing credit and debit cards
- Requisition, stock and rotate products
- Secure and store all beverages, food and other equipment items
