- Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and procedures
Job Duties
- Welcome and assist customers cheerfully
- Prepare coffee and cafe beverages accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of cafe and dining areas
- Operate registers efficiently and professionally
- Unpack, stock deliveries and maintain inventory accuracy
- Support bookfloor team when required
- Follow loss prevention and safety procedures
