Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred

- Knowledge of cafe safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines
Job Duties
- Welcome customers in a cheerful and helpful manner
- Answer customer questions and recommend appropriate beverages and cafe items
- Maintain attractive presentation of the cafe and ensure cleanliness
- Unpack and stock deliveries efficiently
- Operate registers quickly and accurately providing professional service
- Prepare food and drinks following recipe guides and quality standards
- Support bookfloor team when needed
- Follow loss prevention procedures and de-escalation techniques
- Execute daily and weekly cleaning tasks
- Adhere to First In First Out (FIFO) product handling practices
