Job Requirements
- maintain reliable and punctual attendance
- flexible availability including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive movements

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service or cafe experience preferred
- ability to use technology including registers and tablets
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- aptitude for learning new skills and knowledge
- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively
Job Duties
- welcome customers cheerfully and assist with beverage and cafe item selections
- operate registers quickly and accurately to process sales
- maintain attractive presentation and cleanliness of the cafe area
- unpack and stock deliveries efficiently
- follow FIFO practices and date products correctly
- support bookfloor team when needed
- adhere to loss prevention policies and identify potential issues
