Job Duties
- Welcome customers with a cheerful and helpful attitude
- Answer customer questions and connect readers with suitable beverages and cafe items
- Maintain attractive cafe presentation and cleanliness
- Unpack and stock deliveries efficiently
- Operate registers quickly and professionally
- Prepare food and beverages accurately following recipes and guidelines
- Support bookstore team as needed
- Follow loss prevention procedures and de-escalation techniques
