Job Requirements
- Maintain reliable and punctual attendance for scheduled shifts

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a barista or in customer service preferred
- Ability to operate registers and various technology tools comfortably
- Strong merchandising and presentation skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene guidelines
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Job Duties
- Greet customers in a cheerful and helpful manner
- Answer customer questions and assist in connecting them with appropriate beverages and cafe items
- Operate registers quickly and accurately
- Maintain attractive presentation of the cafe and retail fixtures
- Unpack and stock deliveries efficiently
- Prepare food and drinks according to recipe guides and product specifications
- Execute daily and weekly cleaning tasks to ensure cafe cleanliness
