Job Duties
- Welcome customers cheerfully and assist them with beverage and cafe item selections
- Maintain attractive presentation and cleanliness of the cafe and dining areas
- Operate registers quickly and accurately to provide efficient customer service
- Unpack and stock deliveries, ensuring accurate inventory
- Prepare food and beverages following recipe guides and product specifications
- Execute daily and weekly cleaning tasks to maintain hygiene standards
- Support the bookfloor team as needed and uphold loss prevention procedures
