Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
- Ability to learn and operate point-of-sale and other technology efficiently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to learn and develop barista skills
- Positive attitude and reliability
Job Duties
- Welcome customers in a cheerful and helpful way
- Answer customer questions and connect them with appropriate cafe items
- Maintain attractive presentation and cleanliness of the cafe and displays
- Operate registers quickly and accurately to provide professional service
- Unpack and stock deliveries and tidy the bakes case and dining area
- Prepare food and drinks accurately using recipe guides and available information
- Follow and execute FIFO practices and maintain hygiene standards
