Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Ability to operate register and technology efficiently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Willingness to learn and develop café skills
Job Duties
- Welcome customers in a cheerful and helpful way
- Answer customer questions and connect them with the right beverages and café items
- Operate registers quickly and professionally
- Unpack and stock deliveries accurately
- Maintain attractive café presentation and cleanliness
- Prepare food and drinks accurately using recipes and guidelines
- Support bookfloor team and adhere to loss prevention and safety procedures
